Cat Deeley dating after splitting from her husband? Newly Single Cat Deeley Sparks Dating Rumours as She’s Spotted Dining with Stylish Male Friend in Spain

Cat Deeley has been seen for the first time since confirming the end of her 12-year marriage to Patrick Kielty — enjoying dinner with a close male friend in Spain.

The This Morning host, 48, was photographed at the celebrity hotspot Chiringuito de Garraf in Sitges on August 2, just days after the split announcement. Looking downcast in a halter neck dress and golden sandals, she was noticeably without her wedding ring while tucking into a meal believed to be lobster.

Her dinner companion was celebrity hairdresser Ben Skervin, a long-time friend whose impressive client list includes the Spice Girls, Keira Knightley, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Hugh Jackman and top fashion magazines like American Vogue and Vanity Fair. Skervin had been sharing moments from his Spanish trip on Instagram, to which Cat responded with a heartfelt “I love you.”

Fellow diners described Cat as subdued but warm, chatting with British holidaymakers and even interacting with children at the restaurant. “She clearly needed to be around her nearest and dearest during such a difficult time,” one onlooker said.

The sighting came shortly after Patrick, 54, was spotted near their former London home looking sombre while buying wine. The couple, who share two sons — Milo, seven, and James, five — issued a joint statement on July 29 confirming their separation, stressing “no other party” was involved and requesting privacy.

The split followed a tense period in the marriage, with family sources revealing disappointment over Cat’s absence at Patrick’s mother Mary’s funeral five months ago — an event that reportedly left relatives “seething” and convinced the union was over.

Cat and Patrick first met in 2002 while hosting Fame Academy but did not begin dating until a decade later. Patrick famously flew from Belfast to Los Angeles for Cat’s birthday brunch — a romantic gesture she once described as “knocking her socks off.” The couple wed in an intimate Rome ceremony in 2012, later relocating from California to the UK so Cat could be closer to family.
