“SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT…!” Jackie ‘O’ Henderson is seen for the first time since Kyle Sandilands settled with ARN amid her ongoing legɑl bɑttle — but… one UNUSUAL detail in her unexpected transformation that has everyone concerned and asking what’s really going on behind closed doors…

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson cut an unkempt figure as she stepped out just hours before news broke of her former co-host Kyle Sandilands’ settlement with ARN Media.

The former radio queen, 51, was spotted making her way to a hair salon, looking rather dishevelled with her hair extensions visible in a messy ponytail.

Swapping her usual glamour for a low-key look, the blonde media personality sported a T-shirt emblazoned with the words ‘go slow for a little while’ from the brand Spell, and a pair of baggy jeans that swathed her slim frame.

She completed her look with a pair of sandals, sunglasses and a brown satchel handbag, while donning simple makeup consisting of blush and pink lipstick.

The sighting came shortly before reports surfaced confirming Sandilands had settled his legal battle with their former employer.

It was initially reported that Sandilands would be paid just $5 million a year for the next three years.

However, on Wednesday morning a statement confirmed ARN had actually agreed to pay Sandilands $12.09 million.

The total payout is a fraction of the sum Sandilands was demanding, with the radio star previously indicating he was owed as much as $85 million for the remainder of his massive contract term.

ARN has also agreed to advertise Sandilands’ new independent media project in a $1.5 million deal over the next three years.

ARN and Sandilands have also agreed to a net revenue share agreement, under which ARN will receive 19.9 per cent of revenue from Sandilands’ new venture for a period of up to three years.

Sandilands is also prevented from dealing with any of ARN’s direct competitors for nine months.

ARN Chief Executive Officer Michael Stephenson said: ‘This agreement brings certainty for ARN and resolves the legal dispute.’

‘ARN remains focused on executing its strategy, including driving a leaner, more efficient operating model, strengthening its core radio network and continuing to invest in digital capabilities and long-term growth.’

Henderson meanwhile remains at the centre of a Federal Court case against ARN Media over the termination of her reported $100 million contract, following the collapse of her long-running radio partnership with Sandilands.

Court documents, filed as part of Henderson’s statement of claim, outline months of internal tension leading up to the dramatic breakdown of the Kyle and Jackie O Show.

According to the filings, Henderson raised concerns about Sandilands’ on-air behaviour with KIIS network management months before the relationship publicly deteriorated during a live broadcast in February.

The documents allege Henderson began speaking with senior KIIS executives in mid-2025 about what she described as ‘degrading comments’ made on air.

One August broadcast is cited in the claim, during which Sandilands made remarks about Henderson’s personal life and used language she found offensive, prompting her to briefly leave the studio at the time.

The court material also outlines text exchanges between Henderson and KIIS executives in September, where she reportedly said she would not accept the way she was being spoken to, and raised concerns that listeners were describing the on-air dynamic as ‘abusive’.

The breakdown escalated in February during what would become the duo’s final broadcast, when Sandilands criticised Henderson’s interests on air and suggested she had become ‘almost unworkable’, comments that allegedly left her in tears and prompted her to leave the studio.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Jackie is ‘done’ with Kyle following their radio show fallout.

While Kyle still has hope that the pair may reconcile, a source told the Daily Telegraph that the former radio queen has her eyes set on new horizons.

‘Kyle and Bruno still talk to all of us, it’s like they think everyone’s eventually getting the band back together,’ the source alleged.

‘Jackie has checked out. It’s a dead stop,’ they added.

A second insider said that Jackie has decided, ‘I don’t need this anymore,’ and is ‘very happy and content’ with her decision.

The insider added that Jackie is ‘financially independent’ and unaffected by the loss of her $100 million contract.
