Rod Stewart, 80, and Penny Lancaster, 54 still the wildest guest at Chelsea wedding: Burnt orange blazer, cheeky grin, and a confetti storm with Penny Lancaster

Sir Rod Stewart and his wife Penny Lancaster once again proved they’re the definition of timeless glamour as they attended a friend’s wedding at Chelsea Town Hall on Sunday.

The 80-year-old rocker, famous for his flair for flamboyant fashion, arrived hand-in-hand with Penny, 54, both dressed in perfectly coordinated autumn tones. Penny dazzled in a silky red satin gown with a soft cowl neckline, nude heels, and a luxurious fur coat draped over her shoulders, while Rod sported a burnt orange blazer, patterned waistcoat, and classic pinstriped trousers.

The couple looked radiant as they mingled with fellow guests, laughing and tossing confetti outside the historic venue while posing for photos with their newlywed friends, Mark Aldridge and his partner, also named Mark.

Among the star-studded guests were Dame Arlene Phillips and Dame Zandra Rhodes, adding even more sparkle to the London affair.

Their appearance comes shortly after Rod’s lively Las Vegas celebration earlier this month, marking the second anniversary of his Wolfie’s Whisky brand. During the boisterous night, the ever-playful rocker had fans howling with laughter after cheekily tweaking lyrics to his hit Maggie May, singing, “Oh Maggie, please me, show your t**ts tonight,” before giggling through a series of improvised verses.

At Caesars Palace, the two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Famer was in top form, belting out Have I Told You Lately and Ooh La La, even duetting with Vegas act RadioXx. At one point, he jokingly responded to their line “Have I told you lately I love you?” with a grin: “No, you haven’t!”

Later, he dipped his nose into a cake shaped like a Wolfie’s Whisky bottle and danced along to covers of Billie Jean and I Want It That Way, proving that age has done nothing to dull his mischievous charm.

Whether it’s a glitzy wedding in Chelsea or a wild Vegas night, Rod Stewart is still rock ’n’ roll royalty — and Penny Lancaster remains his most elegant partner in crime.
