After an emotional appearance on Loose Women and a reported fallout with Rochelle Humes, Myleene Klass is turning her attention to what matters most – her family.
The 46-year-old TV star melted hearts this week with a heartfelt tribute to her eldest daughter Ava, 17, who has just received her A-Level results and is preparing to start university. Ava is the eldest of Myleene’s three children, alongside Hero, 13, and Apollo, 5.
Posting a photo of a teddy bear in graduation attire, Myleene proudly announced: “Ava’s off to Uni!” She praised her daughter’s “work ethic, talent and dedication” and reflected on watching her grow into a “strong, fearless, kind, independent” young woman.
“Being your Mama is the greatest privilege I have ever known,” she wrote. “It’s been an honour to guide you through your school years. Now the world gets to see the young woman you’ve chosen to become… talented, fiercely bright, and as beautiful inside as you are out. A force to be reckoned with – and I’m here for it all.”
The former pop star revealed Ava’s academic achievements have been so impressive that her school plans to use her exam papers as exemplary scripts. “We will always be here for you – now we walk alongside rather than carry you. We love you, heart and soul. You go, girl. The world is yours!”
Fans flooded the comments with support, with one writing: “Ava, your internet aunties have been cheering you on… Go live your best life, find your wings, and discover what the future holds.” Celebrity friends Katie Piper and Kate Thornton also offered their congratulations, calling Ava “inspiring” and telling her, “The world is your oyster.”
