Ozzy Osbourne has been laid to rest, but his legacy will continue within his own family—exactly as he intended. The Black Sabbath frontman, who passed away aged 76 on July 22, left behind a £162 million fortune, and according to insiders, made sure that every one of his children would be included in his will—regardless of their public profile.

A source revealed: “No child would be cut out of his will. That was very important to Ozzy.”
The majority of the heavy metal legend’s estate is set to go to his wife Sharon, who was granted lifetime control of his wealth. Upon her passing, the estate will be equally divided among their three children—Aimee, Kelly, and Jack.

Additional details of the will, reportedly obtained by Radar Online, reveal that Kelly and Jack are named as executors alongside Sharon. Kelly will inherit part of the family’s estate in Buckinghamshire and will continue to live at Sharon’s Hancock Park residence. Jack is said to receive the family’s California compound and a stake in Ozzy’s music publishing rights.
Aimee, known for avoiding the spotlight, will inherit her portion via a trust fund, receiving quarterly payments until the age of 50, when she will receive the full amount.

Ozzy also had three children from his previous marriage to Thelma Riley—Jessica, Louis, and adopted son Elliot. All are said to be acknowledged in the will.
Sharon previously opened up about the family’s estate planning in a 2020 interview on The Talk, stating firmly: “I don’t want someone who never met my husband owning his name and likeness and selling T-shirts. No—it stays in the Osbourne family.”

Ozzy’s immense fortune stems from a five-decade-long career that made him one of rock’s most enduring and recognisable figures. And now, that fortune remains where he believed it truly belonged—with the family that stood by him through every era of madness.
